爱丁堡华人足球队简称（ECFC）是由教练方旭（Coach Harry）2009年5月31日组建成功。ECFC 所属组队建立在为华人提供比较专业的知识及环境。由于球队建立是属于独立私有制，以独立方式运行，自发组建，针对华人的足球事业。球队的宗旨是自信，团结，友谊，互助。所有爱丁堡华人可以以任何时间地点加入球队。所有苏格兰及全英国华人都可以申请ECFC球队的正规职业足球教学课程，以及本网站所涉及足球教学内容。球队的所有行政管理事务将有教练及管理层决定。
ECFC 准许所有形象，图标，商标，球员形象照片及姓名在部分相关媒体，报纸，杂志，广告，网站，电台传播，如所涉及类项存在被褥，破坏等等，我们将以申请法律保护及赔偿。
任何单位，赞助机构，团体，个人无权干涉球队内部事务及运行方式。如某人，某团体，某组织有意针对球队做分裂，破坏，侮辱等有损害ECFC球队的任何方式与利益，ECFC球队将以法律方式提诉讼。ECFC球队不会介入，与参与任何宗教及政治。
ECFC球队自属于独立私有制，所有费用通过公众捐款或集资的方式全部用于球队运行。
ECFC球队组织运行是以慈善方式针对所有爱丁堡华人，全英华人，及中国海外华人足球事业及华人足球教育。球队组建者保留任何最终解释权及决定权。

Edinburgh Chinese Football Club (ECFC), organized by Mr. Fang Xu on May 31st, 2009. ECFC is to provide Chinese more professional knowledge and the environment. The team is due to the establishment of private ownership is an independent, running as an independent, spontaneous formation, in view of Chinese football career. Team's purpose is self-confidence, solidarity, friendship and mutual aid. Chinese in Edinburgh all the time can be joined by any team. All of Chinese in Scotland and across the UK are eligible to apply for Chinese ECFC standard professional football curriculum, as well as the teaching contents involved on the website. All administrative affairs will be decided by team coach and managements.
It allows all ECFC image, logos, trademarks, photographs and the names of players in the image of the relevant part of the media, newspapers, magazines, advertising, website, radio transmission. In case of the existence of categories covered by insulted, destroyed, etc., we are going to apply for legal protection and compensation.
Any unit, sponsoring agencies, organizations and individuals has no right to interfere in the internal affairs of the team and its operation. If any person, organization intends to do for the team division, destruction, damage and other insults on ECFC teams and its interests in any way, ECFC will be mentioned in legal proceedings. ECFC will not intervene in any team and participate in any religious and political activity.
ECFC is an independent private ownership of the football team, all the raise funds through public donations will be expended for the team all the way to run.
ECFC team is run as a charitable organization, for football education to all Chinese in Edinburgh, in UK, extending to overseas. The founder of the team has the power of final interpretation and decision-making power.
